This is nice! I wondered why Epic did not include this in their library. This is an underrated part of the Arkham series. It also runs better than City if you want to enable DX11 mode with the fancy tesselation and effects.

Sorry ClarkIX, the download speed depends on the seeders. This was downloaded on an average of 50 but sad to say seeders are only 10 🙁 hope that more will seed this so that it will be faster.
