great game, i suggest it to everyone, game from old Bioware who created many good games
I just want to say thank you for making this site! My origin account got deleted about two years ago because it was connected to my yahoo email (yahoo deletes your email if you’re inactive for a year). I had to buy most of the games back; spending so much money in the process since I had all the DLCs and I did preorder. Thankfully, the older titles are on here so I don’t have to pay again because of a crap email company.

You can remove that comment. I found the fortress. Been too long since I played this game. Game runs great, except in some spots, where you wind up looking at your feet. Just back out and re-enter area.
Mine seems to work fine. Except that when I went to enter the Lotus Assassins Fortress, there’s nothing there. Just a brick wall. Great game. WTF!!

Are you sure this the special edition v 2.0.0.4 and not the original edition v 1.0 The original was released in April 2005. The Special Edition was released February 2007. The config tool, if you click on game it shows it as v 1.0
This is the Jade Empire: Special Edition from gog not sure if you are talking about special edition from other website like steam. 🙁
