Oblivion always had “joystick” support, it’s an option in the menu, but I don’t think it’s intended for modern gamepads. With third-party mapping software, you can play Oblivion like it’s console release, but they never got it to work natively.
There’s a mod called NorthernUI, get that it has controller support, I used it, works fine.

This game is amazing,and deserves your time and attention put into it. It’s easy to have fun and to break the game completely. The only thing this torrent lacks is mod access,but then again Skyrim torrents can’t get mods working,let alone quests working.

Hello. I’ve downloaded the game two weeks ago from your site. For the first few days, the game worked just fine. I tried to apply the OBMM (Oblivion Mod Manager) and the OBSE (Oblivion Script Extender) as well as two minor mods. I did not installed any unofficial patches. After doing so, the game worked for a little longer and then it showed me the “Couldn’t find the oblivion executable” well known problem. The icon of the oblivion exe has changed into this:

I tried reinstalling the game and it worked again just fine for approximately two days or so, and then, again, I faced the same problem.
I tried to completely uninstall and reinstall the game using the nexus guide. Reinstalled my mods and everything. Again, it worked fine for 1-2 days. Then it crashed again. It seems i haven’t made any progress here. Nothing. I’m running in circles.
Can you tell me how I will solve this problem ?
I do not know if the mods and the OBSE cause confliction with this version. If that’s the case, then you should have beforehand tested the game with patches and mods so that you could warn us not trying to apply any mods.
English in not my first language so excuse any errors i’ve made.
Have you tried it without the mods? Some don’t play well together, and usually the simplest answer is the correct one.

Yep! In fact, I believe this version works even better with mods than the steam version. I personally use a shittonne of mods and it works fine!

in the LOOT list it says that the DLCShiveringIsles.esp is an empty plugin, does this mean shivering isles is not included? the game is awesome apart from this, it works and is clean, obse works, mods work, wrye bas works, it’s all good, just wondering about the empty plugin msg. i hadn’t noticed it before i made a bashed patch tho, so maybe that has sth to do with it? idk

i rebuilt the bashed patch and now LOOT has nothing to say, plus i downloaded some mods that required shivering isles, and they work just fine. I haven’t yet been to the shivering isles, so idk if that part works, but since dark seducers and golden saints mods work i assume it will 🙂

I downloaded this torrent and started the game and it was ok. However, after i downloaded Oblivion Script Extender(Latest and for GOG version) the version of the game keeps showing me 1.00 where it showed me 1.2.416 earlier. Is it something with your torrent or with OBSE? THANKS ANYWAY FOR THE TORRENT
