Faces of War is devoted to the final period of World War II in Europe: from the summer of 1944 to the spring of 1945. During this period mighty battles were held in France, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary and Germany. The German war machine was making every possible effort to defend the territory of Third Reich from the Soviet and Allied troops. However, in 11 months the German resistance was crushed all along the front lines and the war ended where it had begun – in Berlin.
– Get immersed in the heat of the world war II, command American, English, Soviet and German troops during world-renowned battles that include D-Day, new winter missions and the storming of Berlin
– Complex team AI for new tactical opportunities: AI controlled soldiers don’t simply execute any order given by a player, they think how to do it in the most efficient and safe way.

dangalak If you like history or if you are interested in WW2 you shoulda known that Faces of War is one of the top WW2 games, you can equip your crew with different (and realistic) equipment. Its a squad based real-time tactical game with nice graphics, realistic sound effects and in some scenarios (like the german counter-offensive in the Ardennes) you can command more than 20 soldiers. You can also heal your units and repair a wide variety of ground vehicles throughout the whole game (Pz.IV, Tiger, field artillery pieces, support vehicles, portable MG-s etc.). You can prepare ambushes and the battles can be really intense sometimes irregardles of planning. If you think this is a junk game you are really not into these games or you are just not a gamer. I have got the original version of this game and played it through like a dozen times even though I’m 38. Try supermario:)

Wus poppin, I’m looking for a few games in particular, specifically war-games called Men of War, Soldiers: Heroes of World War 2 and Metro 2033 Redux. Last time I checked they were all on GOG so I’m lookin forward to seein em added.
