No. You need the special edition, which this site doesn’t have.
I’m using mod in this version and I have no problem..
Creation clud is not there and you can’t mod it

I checked mine at the DLC folder and there is no creation club or arcane accessories
screen zoomed in. i can’t see the right corner with the options

Where are the Old Versions? or the Skyrim Special Edition with Anniversary Upgrade posted in GOG?

Setup first seemingly stuck @ the file integrity check; then, when I skip it (since it appears to be taking too long to do so), I get a “fatal error” — forcing me to abort it.
Besides the comment section, the whole page isn’t available to me. Why is that? Am I the issue? Doesnt only concern Skyrim, most Elder Scrolls games and a few randome ones.

this version have fixed the smithy for can improve range in weapons and armor , using potions and items with bonus?, i have downloaed the versions from pivigames, which have until update 1.6.6.40 , and it sucks, i was already level 35 and i noticed the only thing works, is the items for improve in ahchemy,but the smithy, does not, the value,the final result in your weapons is the same than without positions or items with smithy bonus,they do not change,never happened in the old games or original either ,as ci can see in youtube.must be a bug,idk

The key to editing is the SKSE file. Unfortunately, in this version it does not activate. It just found the ini file invalid.

Can confirm. The v1.6.659.0.8 version contains the Anniversary Edition including all 74 Creation Club creations. The game installs as the normal SE edition with only the basic 4 creations( Fishing, Rare Curios, Survival Mode, and Saints & Seducers) and has an additional install for the remaining 70 creations of the Anniversary Edition.
