I know hardcore mode dropped, is it available here or not yet? If so how do I update or do I have to reinstall the whole game?
Not really sure if it is already included, about the updating if we found a patch we will post it but if not you will need to reinstall the whole game to get the new version 🙁
Hi. What about saved games if i download and re-install the game at the latest version?
Just make sure to install the latest without uninstalling coz you might delete all the data including you save files. In short just rewrite the old files by installing the new one. hope this helps

The latest update really works well.
There is a known bug with the saves from previous version being corrupted.
You can check nexusmods for a mod that cleans the save files . Had this issue and it worked after cleaning the saves from previous version.
This latest update includes hardcore mode.
