how can it be possible? v1.3.5.3 is later than v2.8.0.10. are you sure? because it is against basics of thehuman logic?
Because before GOG use their own Launcher version but now I think it is the game version itself. 🙁

how can you play coop?
It works the co-op i tried it
I can’t play Co-Op, help? I want to play with my friends. LAN is sadly not an option as we don’t live close to eachother. Playing on a private server is preffered.

GOG doesnt allow crossplay, you need a dedicated server if you wanna play with others

Runs a lil slow but works great
Compared to my ps3 it runs a lil slow n a lil glitchy but othr then that works great cant wait for 1.4 release when u guys get it it will b journeys end

Calamity (https://calamitymod.gamepedia.com) and Thorium are great (https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/the-thorium-mod.40788/). Another good resource is Terraria Wiki (https://terrariawiki.org) for finding weapons, armor, wings, etc.

I tried connecting to a terraria server and it gave a version error, I think there is a newer version 1.4.0.4.
Not sure if you can play this online as we don’t test it that way. 🙁

Multiplayer does indeed work, it just has to be the same version as the server. Host and play works too, but you have to follow the proper port forwarding steps. Thanks for sharing this game with us!!!
