Escape Goat 2 follows the original Escape Goat as a Steam release. Though the two play similarly, It has a distinctive hand-drawn style instead of the original’s pixel art look and contains a more elaborate story, as well as multiple branching regions to explore and a new magic hat system. The game also saw a PS4 “console exclusive” release. The player once again assumes the role of a goat trapped in the maze, that uses his natural athleticism and his magical mouse friend to reshape the labyrinth until an exit is revealed.
