I am having a missing dll files issue. I made sure to accept every Visual C Redist. file install prompt during installation (which in my case is a matter of selecting “repair” on the VS prompt since I have already installed VS files). Are you sure the install file has everything ? I have run several games from your site, old and new and generally they have been working alright. Latest game from GoG I have been running successfully at the time I am writing this, is Obduction.
Just make sure you have installed all the needed redist from microsoft to make sure, you can find the download links on our FAQs page.
If the game is already version 1.17.3.0, what sense does it make to include this patch: patch_hob_1.16.3.0_(15958)_to_1.17.3.0_(16560)
