Worms Armageddon is a turn-based tactical game where teams of armed worms battle across destructible landscapes using more than 55 weapons and tools. Players plan attacks around terrain, movement, and positioning, employing weapons ranging from conventional explosives to unusual options like the French Sheep Strike and Earthquake. The game includes a 40-mission single-player campaign, five specialized training modes, and various multiplayer modes such as online and split-screen play, Sheep Racing, Crazy Crates, Worms Disease, Allied Teams, Team Handicapping, and Home Runs.
