Rabbi Russell Stone is a cynical, struggling clergyman in New York City who unexpectedly inherits a sum of money from a former congregation member. This point-and-click adventure follows his moral dilemma and investigation across Manhattan, featuring rabbinical conversation methods, unique combat, and three possible endings.
The Shivah overview
The Shivah is a noir quest about Russell Stone, a Jewish rabbi who runs a small synagogue in New York. Russell is a very pious man, but his community membership is declining and he needs to get as much money as possible so that the synagogue can continue to exist. Every day things are getting worse and over time he turns into a cruel and cynical person. The case takes on new colors after one of the members of his community dies. He bequeaths Russell a huge sum of money. Blessing? Or someone’s sinister design? Conscience says “no”, but at the same time the situation requires you to accept money. Travel through Manhattan and make difficult moral decisions. Unravel the mysterious tangle of events that awaits you during The Shivah campaign.
