When I click to run the game the msg “the execution can’t continue because ‘d3dx9_35.dll’ wasn’t found”. I reinstalled over and over.

Not really sure about the problem you have. 🙁 can you please make sure you have installed all the needed software like DirectX, .Net Framework and Visual c++ before installing the game?
