The game features 15 levels across four distinct brain areas, culminating in a final mega-boss showdown. Players use an arsenal of 13 weapons, including the Groovy Gun, Chicken Gun, Banana-Myte, and Hair Flamer, to battle enemies like Psy-Crow and Disco Zombies while solving hundreds of puzzles. Gameplay blends traditional platforming with unique activities such as pig-sliding and encounters with Jim's fears, happiness, memories, and fantasies.
