Centipede: Recharged reimagines the classic arcade shooter with updated visuals and new gameplay mechanics. Players control a shooter at the bottom of the screen, firing upward to destroy descending centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and other bugs. Each level is procedurally generated, offering varied layouts and enemy patterns. Power-ups appear throughout play, granting temporary abilities like rapid fire or shields. The game includes local and online leaderboards for competitive high-score chasing. Players can also team up in two-player cooperative mode to clear levels together.
