Exploring, strategizing, and forging alliances with the local wildlife will be crucial to emerge victorious from the many challenges lying ahead.

Unconventional legions with which to wage war

  • Shape your strategy by choosing your roster wisely: starting, support, and super-predator legions.
  • Upgrade your nest’s tier to access new and stronger legions. Will you opt for the defensive Snail or the mobility of the Rhino Beetles?

    I was getting this error when trying to run the game.
    “LowLevelFatalError [File:E:\UnrealSource\Engine\Source\Runtime\RHI\Private\PipelineStateCache.cpp] [Line: 437]
    Shader compilation failures are Fatal.”

    Turns out it’s a known unreal engine issue.
    The fix was to add launch arguments to the games shortcut.
    Here are the steps:-
    Right click the shortcut > Properties > Shortcut
    In Target add the launch argument -DX11 AFTER the double quote.
    e.g. “E:\Empire of the Ants\Empire.exe” -DX11
    Then, apply and run the shortcut.

    I keep getting this error when trying to play the game.
    Uninstalled, rechecked file integrity in qBittorrent then reinstalled but get the same error.
