Thanks final got it, when I click the YS7launcher.exe. Though I had to uninstall and reinstall. The first time I installed it, I clicked the Ys7.exe OR YS7launcher.exe and it did not let me change the resolution or any settings at all, it only launch the game right away. I wonder what happen then, it was successfully installed.
