To change menu to english just edit shortcut properties just like this:

Just add -lang=eng at the end

For anyone having the language issue after install, right-click on the desktop icon and left-click ‘open file location’. Once inside the game folder, click on the ‘packs’ folder, and delete these files if you want English…
