      Hi Thinman, sorry for our late response. have you tried compatibility mode?

      Please make sure you have all the needed redistributables like visual c++, .net framwork and DirectX.

      Here’s what you can try: run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (sometimes not needed), disable full screen optimization, run this program as an administrator.
