Hello it seems link is not working, says 414 url too large, tried both chrome and edge and its the same error
Im getting a 414 error when using the PhL link, below is the whole error
“414 Request-URI Too Large

If you are getting the 414 error, just copy the string from the URL (everything after the url=) and base64decode it which will give you the magnet link.

If you encounter a 414 error, paste the link into a download manager like jdownloader and it will give you three links, the original, the torrent file, and a magnet link.
Jesus christ guys read the comments– yes, 414 error, the uri is too long, we got it. They will get to it I’m sure, just give them time. I’m sure FreeGOG mod(s) have stuff to do in their lives. In the meanwhile, just get it on FitGirl’s site if you absolutely can’t wait.

People having the 414 problem, it’s simple: USE THE MAGNET LINK! Click the download button, then click ‘Download Torrent.’ Don’t copy the link and put into your client, just set your client as the default app to open torrent magnets.. And click download.

hello guys, i downloaded the patch 2.01 – 2.02 after update my save wont open due phantom liberty is in lower version. i had to download the whole dlc again just for it to match the current base game version.
i hope there will be a patch only for the dlc in the future.

ATTENTION! I had the Phantom Liberty Expansion installed, now after the update it’s not allowing me to load the saved game because it says i need to buy the DLC first, which i had in the game already, but disappaired after the update! Now i’m stuck with a dead game

Alright, same happened to me but it was actually an easy fix. As it turns out, the patch does NOT update Phantom Liberty as well, so if you had the DLC installed and you downloaded and installed only the 2.1 patch, all you have to do is to install the 2.1 DLC on top of the base game. Grab the full 2.1 torrent and download only the DLC folder.

Add Soundtrack for the DLC, it is available in gog.
The patch by itself doesn’t seem to work. At least not to update a game that’s already at patch 2.02 to 2.1. Attempting it renders the already installed game unplayable. The problem seemed to be present even when first opening the patch, where it says it needs 322 GB to install.
I used the patch 2.02 to 2.1 with base game and dlc installed (2.02). After applying the 2.1 patch, the DLC is no longer recognized. How to I update the DLC?
