City of Gangsters is a management simulation set in 1920s Prohibition-era America, where players build a criminal empire from the ground up by establishing speakeasies, distilleries, and bootlegging operations. Manage supply chains, bribe law enforcement, expand territory, and outmaneuver rival gangs to maximize profits and influence. The goal is to become the most powerful syndicate before alcohol legalization ends the bootlegging boom in 1933.
