did you downl;oad the .exe file via torrent too? if yes, check whether your pc or laptops inbuild antivirus may have flagged down the exe file and quarintined it

Hi brobro, you do not have to run .bin files just run the setup*******.exe and the bin files will automatically extracted 😀

Don’t let the size worry you – 95% of it is DLC, and all of it is just HD graphics of the solar system. The game itself is only about 4 gigs.
