Descent 1 + 2 combines two classic six-degrees-of-freedom shooters where you pilot an armed spacecraft through twisting underground mines and fully 3D environments. Move freely in every direction while battling hostile mining robots, searching interconnected tunnels, destroying key installations, and escaping before facilities self-destruct. The first game takes the Material Defender from the Moon to Pluto, while Descent 2 expands the formula with 30 additional levels, smarter enemies, new weapons, improved movement options, and more challenging multiplayer battles.
