9 Years of Shadows is a side-scrolling Metroidvania where warrior Europa explores the mechanical giant Talos to lift a curse that has drained the world of color. Accompanied by her floating bear companion Apino, she restores vibrancy to environments, battles corrupted creatures, and unlocks elemental armor abilities tied to fire, ice, and lightning. The game features hand-drawn animations and a soundtrack composed by Michiru Yamane and Norihiko Hibino.
