Truxton (v30)
Truxton is a vertically scrolling shooter where players pilot the Super Fighter against the invading Gidan forces. Each stage features waves of enemy craft and end-level bosses that must be defeated to progress. Players collect power-ups to upgrade their weapon system, choosing between different shot types such as spread, laser, and homing missiles. The game includes multiple difficulty settings and a practice mode to help newcomers learn patterns. This PC release on GOG.com adds modern conveniences like online leaderboards, quick saves, rewind functionality, and adjustable display options.
