Ys VIII came out almost eight years after the release of the last installment in the series. According to the plot, Adol wakes up after a shipwreck on a cursed island and, together with other poor fellows, goes to fight monsters living everywhere. In addition, in his dreams he sees a mysterious girl with blue hair named Dana, and throughout the game he will try to unravel the mystery of the unusual island.

didnt work here, i tried 2 installations, ran as admin as suggested on gog’s support site, didnt work.

The game needs graphic boards with 1GB V-ram as minimum, do you have that boards or the game won’t launch after launcher.

Why are there 5 set ups?
Coz there’s DLC’s included
there are many files here. which one should i use to install the game?
This is the base game:

If you want to install DLC’s go to that folder then run all EXE’s you find there

I got the same problem. It was fine, but then I clean installed a new Windows update and then installed the game, there was no sound.
