Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA is an action RPG where players control Adol Christin after he survives a shipwreck and washes ashore on the cursed island of Seiren. Players must rescue castaways, build and upgrade a base camp, and uncover the mystery behind the island's phenomena and the blue-haired girl Dana through story progression and quest completion.
