When I download the torrent file, and then install, i get another 20+ GB of material. Can I delete that ‘torrent file’ after installing the game?
Yes you can. but you will not able to seed it once you deleted it 🙁

Does this include all the bonus content from the gog edition?
This was taken straight from GOG and includes all the DLC, patches and the game goodies. I left out the modding tools as it was 6GB.
