Quest For Infamy is a role-playing adventure game where you assume the identity of Mr. Roehm – a scoundrel who is on the run from his latest scrape. When he is stuck in the Valley of Krasna for a bit, he decides to take on some work to pass the time. He finds himself in the middle of Kingdom in tubulence – as he becomes embroiled in a power struggle between several ambitious residents of the Valley.
Make yourself some money to move on with, and try and avoid controversy as you bide your time before you can leave the valley. Defend yourself from monsters and brutes who would do you harm! Build a reputation for yourself – and you just might find yourself not avoiding trouble, but on a quest for infamy!

We play as Mr. Roehm, a young rake who escaped from a not-too-intelligent baron, who for some reason did not like the fact that we, shall we say, were making eyes on his daughter. Of course, it would be nice, in the end, to be in the capital – out of harm’s way, and at the same time to see what’s what, but here’s the bad luck: the bridge across which the road runs was blown away by water, and we have to wait for the moment when it will be repaired, in the small and unremarkable village of Volksville. From entertainment here, easy shopping, a visit to a pub and an inspection of the crypts in the cemetery – it does not take long to retrain from boredom from the last visitor to the eternal inhabitant. What is not a reason to look for at least some kind of adventure on your fifth point?
