Witchaven is a first-person action RPG set in a dark fantasy world where players explore maze-like dungeons, fight enemies with melee weapons and spells, and collect items to progress. Developed by Capstone and released in 1995, the game emphasizes combat and exploration in a gothic environment filled with traps, secret areas, and hostile creatures. Players navigate interconnected levels, manage health and magic resources, and uncover hidden paths while advancing through a linear storyline focused on surviving the cursed fortress of Witchaven.
