Switchblade is an action-adventure game set in the cyber world of Thraxx, where the evil lord Havok has shattered the Fireblade and plunged the Undercity into chaos. As Hiro, the last Bladeknight, players navigate a labyrinthine side-scrolling world, battling nightmare creatures and collecting 16 fragments to restore the Fireblade and defeat Havok. The gameplay combines beat 'em up combat with platforming and Metroidvania-style exploration, requiring players to backtrack and unlock new areas as abilities are gained.
