dont start the game via shortcut.
go to your start menu / AvP Classic [GoG.com] / AvP Classic 2000 <–
there are to .exes AvP Classic 2000 and AvP Classic 2000 Galaxy Client.
After installation the shortcut auto. refers to the Galaxy Client exe.
It says galaxy updater has encountered an error and cannot continue, how do I play the game without updating it?
Are you trying to play online? If you do we are sorry we didn’t test this in multi if it works.

You cannot update the game coz you didn’t by it via gog. 🙁 If you can still play without updating it just continue that way coz we tried searching for updated download link and findout that this is the only download link available 🙁

i had a problem with the alien campaign. in the first mission when i had to destroy the cables and free some eggs, the doors of the other area (one that had the same cables to destroy and eggs) does not open, is that some kind of error? is there a way to fix that?
Not sure about the problem coz we didn’t play this game we just tested it if it is working. have you search the web for that if its a bug or you need to do something in the game to continue?
maybe i need another computer?
