Crystal Project is a non-linear JRPG where players explore a seamless world to collect Crystals and unlock character classes. With no random encounters and visible turn orders, combat is strategic and transparent. Progression follows a metroidvania-style structure, granting new abilities that open previously inaccessible areas. Players build custom party strategies to overcome challenging bosses through experimentation and class synergies. The game emphasizes player choice in exploration, combat approach, and character development, rewarding curiosity and thoughtful preparation over grinding.
