Backpack Hero is an inventory management roguelike that turns your backpack into a strategic grid. Collect hundreds of items and arrange them carefully to maximize their effects while exploring procedurally generated dungeons. Outside combat, rebuild the town of Haversack Hill to unlock new heroes, quests, and upgrades.
