Capes is a turn-based strategy game where supervillains have ruled a dystopian city for twenty years. Recruit heroes with unique powers, build your team, and fight through campaign and side missions to reclaim the city. Combat relies on positioning, team-ups, and tactical choices rather than random numbers.
