How to Build a Flying City is a simulation game where Miru, the mayor of Tisryle, turns her city into a flying stronghold after rejecting the empire's heavy taxes. Manage resources, develop industries, purchase and upgrade equipment, recruit new allies, and earn the money needed to keep the city growing. When bandits and imperial forces attack, assemble a team of fighters, equip them with powerful weapons, and defend Tisryle while following a story centered on Miru and the people helping her city flourish.
