We tested this on qBittorrent and it is still download with good speed. Please make sure to enable DHT, Peer Exchange (PeX) and Local Peer Discovery (or LSD) in your torrent clients option.

How come tested on qBittorrent the link and still downloads in good speed 🙁 If you are using different client please try to use uTorrent or qBittorrent. Let us know if still not working.
the url is broken so we need to remove it.
Fix it, turn out that you have to wait couple seconds for the link to load, (the link at first name (magent 3799849…..) after wait for several secs the link load normal (changed name to Bioshock Remastered GOG
