It keeps showing a create profile data error

I have downloaded the game, but it crashes on launch with 0cx000007b error. I’ve installed dll files, openal, etc, and don’t know what to do anymore. please help. Other games like Pillars of Eternity or Neverwinter Nights EE run without any problems. I would like to know the cause of this error for future reference. It seems that a lot of people have this problem. I have w10 64 bits.

Hello Molotov, good to know that it works for you. Nothing really important about that folder unless you want to use them. It contains wallpapers, guide, soundtrack and avatars.
